Our neighborhood is within immediate proximity to Downtown Raleigh’s best. It's a diverse and tight-knit community, considered the most up-and-coming in Downtown Raleigh. It’s a mishmash of all kinds of people -- young professionals, families with kids and retirees. While it is a downtown, urban community, the neighborhood is certainly considered quiet and safe. Please scroll down to read more about to neighborhood, so you know if it's right for you. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Just south of downtown in the historic South Park neighborhood, near the newly reopened John Chavis Memorial Park. This is a mixed-income neighborhood undergoing a lot of change, with brand-new homes being built right next to existing older ones. I've always felt safe here, but if you are sensitive to occasional noise or unaccustomed to city living, this may not be the right place for you.

The driveway has room for four cars. There is also free street parking. It is a 25 minute drive from RDU airport Citrix Cycle, the city of Raleigh's bike share rental service, has a docking station just down the street at Chavis Park. Check out their website for availability and fees.
