I travel for work with 4 or 5 other guys, we had plenty of room to have our own space and enjoyed our stay. A few things I always look for is a clean place, comfortable beds, nice pillows and plenty of towels! Liz’s place had all that and more. We would definitely stay here again

William was an excellent host and we really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was clean and very comfortable, and in a great neighborhood that is walkable to local restaurants and shops. William suggested we try Trophy Pizza and Brewery which is just a 5 min walk and it ended up being our go-to restaurant for our stay. Thank you for the recommendation William! We loved our stay and will definitely return!

Book it! We did a stay-cation for my fiancés 36 birthday. We were able to celebrate with close friends and the house accommodates for all of that. Our friends loved the lower level- some played pool all night long! Cute fire pit outside and just overall perfect for entertaining. The hosts were very responsive, gave clear instructions, and friendly! Check-in and check-out was seamless. Several friends who came to celebrate with us asked us for the link to this Airbnb. Perfect for big families. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great place for large group.We were amazed how thoughtfully they had arranged everything you needed for big family…2 dishwashers,2 washer and dryers and innumerable number of plates,glasses cups and utensils and lot of seating areas.

I will always love staying in Williams properties. They are all in great locations and easily walkable. Also the beds are top tier. I honestly hesitate to write good reviews bc I don’t want others to take my spot haha

We had a group of 12 of us and the space was perfect. We stayed for about 5 days. William was so responsive and kind. It had two kitchens which really helped with our large group. Everyone was very happy with the place and we'd definitely stay again!

This is just a fantastic large space in the heart of Raleigh. My oldest daughter got married this past weekend, and we wanted a space where my kids, my parents, and my brother and his family could come and all be together for a few days prior to the wedding. This place was fantastic! It is in an unbelievable location right next to the original Krispy Kreme at the intersection of Peace and Person - walkable to all kinds of great restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and plenty - with plenty of room to spread out, work, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, and glasses - with two dishwashers and two trash cans. And we all ate around the large dining table with our future in-laws visiting one of the nights. Everyone was thrilled ... we will definitely return in the future!

Spent my 25th birthday here, I had tons of friends flying in and needed a large space for everyone! This house was perfect! So spacious, you might end up losing someone ahaha! Amazing kitchen, entertainment areas, and the breakfast nook was a great place to recap our eventful nights! Super responsive hosts! I’m a social media creator and knew I needed a gorgeous setting for my videos and I found so many picture perfect corners of the house! Whoever designed this house needs an award! I even posted a quick house tour of the house on tiktok and people are so in love with it and interested in booking for future trips of their own! I’m so happy to share this Raleigh Gem with people! Thank you Stuart and William, hope to stay with you again!

We loved staying at Liz’s place. The home is beautiful, cozy, and very comfortable—especially the loft room, which we absolutely loved. Liz is a very kind and responsive host, and she went out of her way to accommodate us during the snow, which we truly appreciated.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb—it was adorable, cozy, and so comfortable! The hosts were amazing: incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. We even had some bad weather during the weekend, and they went above and beyond by offering accommodations to make sure we were safe. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Raleigh area and would happily stay here again!
