This house is adjacent to a neighborhood business district with restaurants and bars. While the proximity is great for convenience, on the weekends (sometimes) the late evening noise can be audible inside the house. We provide a sound machine in the bedroom and recommend closing the bedroom door at night. Most guests report this being the solution. Overnight parking is on-street only. There is a separate guest house above this unit. No spaces are shared. PLEASE NOTE: We take guest security and safety seriously. No fraudulent bookings. After booking, guests must e-sign an easy, online hotel-style rental agreement. We may request an ID selfie upload for first- time stays or if you have no traveler review history, and either a damage hold (refundable) or damage waiver (non-refundable). Details in the House Rules.

This was the perfect stay for a weekend stay! The place was for a quick trip, it had everything I needed and was super clean. The location was awesome, tucked in a homey neighborhood but walking distance to a few great bars and restaurants. Street parking was way easier than I expected too. The host was super responsive and ensured we had a smooth stay. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Raleigh!

Loved my stay here! The location was perfect and extremely walkable to coffee in the mornings and great restaurants at night. The Airbnb was very clean and smartly decorated with a lot of nice little touches that made the stay. William and his team were helpful and very responsive. Will definitely stay at one of his properties again!

We loved this stay! It was clean and nice. Perfect for a couple. The area is super cute with restaurants all around. We walked to Crawford and sons and had an amazing dinner! Parking can be a bit confusing but we had no problem once we figured it out. The locals are friendly. I would suggest this place to anyone and would book again! Thank you for helping us have a trip we will cherish forever!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was cute, cozy, and perfect for me and my boyfriend. The neighborhood was adorable, with tons of great spots within walking distance. There are a couple of fun bars right behind the house with great vibes, and it was so nice to be able to grab a drink and then be home within a few short steps. The nearby food options are amazing and there are some cute shops near by as well. The house had everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. We felt right at home and will definitely be rebooking the next time we visit!
