This house is the perfect balance of closeness to the action but still tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is a mix of newly built modern homes, remodeled homes, and older homes in a transitional up-and-coming neighborhood where some blocks are not developed, and yet it is a safe place for you to relax! The house is in the diverse and growing community of Downtown Durham. Breweries, a farmers' market, Central Park, and restaurants galore are nearby.

Other Details to Note
We have installed True-Grid pavers on the grass in front of the house. You can comfortably park the car on these parking pads in front of the house. Please do not park on the left side of the property as it belongs to the neighbors and do not block their driveway when parking on the cul-de-sac. We recommend Uber, Lyft, or driving to get around this area. PLEASE NOTE: We take guest security and safety seriously. No fraudulent bookings. After booking, guests must e-sign an easy, online hotel-style rental agreement. We may request an ID selfie upload for first- time stays or if you have no traveler review history, and either a damage hold (refundable) or damage waiver (non-refundable). Your car can be parked right in front of the house. Please do not park on the left side of the property as it belongs to the neighbors. Additional parking is available curbside in the cul-de-sac. Please do not block the neighbors driveway when parking on the cul-de-sac. Public bus transportation is available one block from the property. Uber, Lyft, or driving is recommended to get around this area.
