We had a wonderful experience at this property. William was responsive and helpful the whole time. He provided some recommendations for food and activities and was just overall very kind. The interior design of this house was incredible and it would appeal to even the most discerning renter. I highly recommend this property.

I loved the location! The property manager was very responsive and took all of my concerns seriously. When I reported issues, they corrected them immediately. Also, the pillows were so comfortable 🤣

The house was very comfortable, with a ton of options of where to rest/sit/eat! Neatly and nicely decorated. The back yard with the shoe stopper for us! For sure we hope to stay there again!

I had a great stay here. The space was clean, quiet, and very comfortable...perfect for relaxing and clearing your headspace. Everything was exactly as described, and I had everything I needed for a smooth, stress-free stay. The hosts were responsive and helpful while also giving plenty of privacy, which I really appreciated during my stay. The location felt safe and was convenient to get around. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling alone.

I am a writer by profession, but I barely have the words to describe how perfect this house was for myself and my family during the holidays. To say that this home is gorgeous is an understatement. While it was large, it felt cozy and intimate. While it was easy access to shopping and food options, it felt safe and secure. I was allowed to bring our pets as well, which made our holiday even more homey. The beds were fabulous, the kitchen awesome and the front porch was a favorite for morning coffee and catching the sunset. I would 1000% rent this house again. Thank you soo much William and Stuart for providing us a space that made our holidays even more memorable!!!

Was looking for a place that was able to accommodate my two small dogs and my daughter found this place. It was perfect, everything was as described. Host was very easy to reach and accommodating. Great parking, and located close to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend. Would not hesitate to book a stay again.

We had another great stay here. The location is perfect and we’re able to walk to coffee and some great restaurants but still have a neighborhood feel. The space is clean and welcoming and the beds are very comfortable. We’ll definitely plan to stay here again!

The home was as described. Amazing home. Great living spaces. Very nice outdoor sitting area with TV and grill. Host was very proactive in communicating with us. Set up indoor golf course outing for us as well! Great stay and will stay again if heading to downtown Raleigh!

William was very quick to respond to any questions. The place was terrific and we had a wonderful stay. The power went out one night (area wide) with wind chill factors in single digits and was estimated by power company to be off for several hours. William went above and beyond to offer alternatives to make sure we were comfortable and warm, and continuously checked on us until the power was back on. That spoke volumes to the level of customer service he provides. Although this was not “his problem” because it had nothing to do with the property itself and was totally out of his control, he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Very much appreciated!!
