This place was incredible! So many rooms, comfortable beds, spotless, and an amazing kitchen as well as bathrooms. The layout is super cool, and the sky deck was so nice for hanging out. Would love to stay here again!

Super easy experience from start to finish for a relatively last minute stay. Walked to all the spots on Person St and it couldn't have been more convenient. The place itself was spacious and clean and had everything I needed! I recommend this place.

William’s place was great. We loved the neighborhood and the home was clean and comfortable. William was quick with responses and gave us some good recommendations for food and drinks nearby. Great experience and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Great spot on many fronts. Clean, well laid out unit with off-street parking. Proactive host with very clear info and instructions. Easy walking access to nearby food hall (2 blocks) and park trail system (1/2 block). Great base to explore Raleigh!

We found this rental to meet our needs perfectly! It was clean, comfortable, and within easy walking distance to so many restaurants and entertainment options, including visiting our daughter at William Peace. We'll definitely look to stay again next time we're in town!

My stay here was excellent! Perfect place for me to crash while visiting my daughter at Peace College. I ate my body weight in donuts from the Krispy Kreme. The location is very convenient to downtown and the place is just adorable.

I would give them 10 ⭐ if I could. They went above and beyond for our group. I highly recommend this house. From the house, to the restaurants within walking distance, it was all amazing! We will be staying here again

Convenient unit walkable to lots of cute shops and places to eat and drink in the Person St area. Host gave helpful info about parking and the area and check-in was seamless. Very cute neighborhood

We had an amazing time staying here! I got married and needed a place to stay that could keep our wedding group together. Location was perfect, really nice neighbors, and spacious living areas equipped with anything we needed!

This space is so very cute. It has an EXCELLENT desk area if you're like me and had some work to do. The space is very clean and well lit. Very comfortable bed. Close enough to everything that you're not driving forever but still such a quiet place. I would definitely stay at this location again! I cannot stress this enough it was the cheapest lyft ride I think I've ever taken to a concert due to excellent proximity to red hat.
